Fairway Patio Homes II HOA was established in 1977. The property consists of 2 buildings with 4 individually owned 2 story condos in each building. The condos along with common areas are located on Tapadero Dr. in the Prescott Country Club. Views include the Mingus Mountains and the 9th fairway of the Prescott Country Club Golf Course.
Meeting Schedule: The Council of all Homeowners meets on a bi-monthly basis with an Annual meeting in January of each year. All Council Members are invited to attend to stay informed of what’s is happening in and around the property. Council meetings are held virtually on Zoom on the 2nd Thursday of every other month, starting at 6 pm.
