Rafter Repairs....In 2021 all rafters were cut back to repair current damage and to prevent future damage. When the buildings were built the rafters extended beyond the gutters. Over time the rafter ends showed signs of rot.
In 2022 the HOA installed new roofs on both buildings after hail storm damage.
In 2023 the HOA chose to reside both buildings to replace aging wooden siding with Hardie Planks that will last about 75 years. The final color will be a light gray to compliment the new roofs and the slump block walls.
In 2023, to complete the re-siding project bother buildings were painted a beautiful light gray
In 2017 our 2 buildings were annexed into Prescott Valley after completing the Backflow project. Backflows were installed to protect backups in all units.
